Cindi Kiner is a human resources consultant with several years of experience in all areas of human resources management. Since forming The HR Connection in 2006, she has helped companies in various industries with strategic staff planning, talent management, employee and management training, policy development, and benefit plan design and administration. She also teaches business classes for Ivy Tech Community College on an adjunct basis.

As Director of Administration for a commercial real estate development/property management company, Cindi performed all human resource functions for 200+ employees, dealing with employees on the front line as well as with executives in the boardroom. Her previous experience also includes office management for a busy general contracting firm and insurance sales. Cindi’s varied responsibilities and background have given her the opportunity to see how businesses operate from the inside and have helped to develop her overall business acumen.

Cindi received a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). She currently serves on the Executive Board for the New Castle-Henry County Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband are part of the ministry staff for their church in New Castle, Indiana, developing curriculum and serving in an educational capacity. Cindi also serves in music ministry and teaches piano lessons.
